Hello. Welcome to my homepage.

I'm Perry Wynn, author of the novel Blown Away. If you were at my home, depending on the weather we would either be sitting on the porch or at the kitchen table. Sooner or later, somebody would start telling a story, and off we would go. One good story would be followed by another and then another. In the South, story telling is a way of life. It is part of who we are.

Storytelling is my motivation for writing. Once a story finds its way into my imagination, I am compelled to nurture it, develop it, and share it.

Blown Away is a story that touches on many topics, including gay marriage, a Supreme Court case, spiritual struggle, separatism, preservation of species, emerging diseases, the dangers of deforestation, coming out, political corruption and conspiracy, and the pursuit of final justice, even if it is outside the judicial system. It is a story with many twists and turns, and I hope you enjoy it.
